There's something about heading east that I always look forward to. The coastline up here has produced some of my favourite ever wedding shots, that quality of North Sea light is genuinely unlike anything you get further west, and the dramatic clifftop and harbour settings that come with it give wedding photography a completely different character. Aberdeen and Dundee both have their own distinct personalities as cities, and the venues reflect that, from grand granite architecture in Aberdeen to some really interesting spaces in and around Dundee.
