Oran Mor Wedding Video | Claire + Ally
Nerves eh? What are they like. So, I haven’t shot a wedding in one whole year. For my big-splash return on the scene I was shooting both stills and film again, and those pesky nerves kept poking me in the back of the brain: what if I’d forgotten where the right buttons are? What if I’d gotten too old and slow due to a year on my bee-hind?
Well, fortunately what happened was, bridal prep was so cool, calm, collected and well-timed, that I forgot all about the nerves - there’s a first time for everything! ;-) It was actually really fulfilling and enjoyable to get back to work and have such a relaxed couple as Claire and Ally to work with. I have really missed this! We spent the sun-soaked day enjoying the surroundings at the beautiful Oran Mor and criss-crossing to the Botainc gardens across the road. The whole vibe of the day was very chilled and I am very pleased indeed that Claire and Ally’s was my first wedding back. We even got some beautiful golden-hour light - the wedding gods must have been pleased with us :-)
